Nike SB party

2 weeks ago, I was invited to Nike SB's movie premiere. It was their first skate movie and took 3 years of making it. After the movie, some musicians including No Brain (one of the popular rock band in Korea)performed and bumped with my ex-coworkders

B Boy in Korea

It's been a long time for me to get back to the bloggin'. I've been hustling working at my new work place, "New Balance Korea", within last 2 weeks. Feel so sorry for the late update.

Well, B Boying is "HUGE" in Korea. It has started since 80's here in the streets of Seoul. Each and Every Kids on the street took Street Dancing as a serious matter since then. Recently, this became a pride of Korean Street Culture after the B-Boy crew, called Riverside Crew won the world B Boy Battle championship.
Today, I went out to check out the Biggest B-Boy Battle in Korea with Deuk Hyun(Bonnafide Symphony) in Hong Dae. It was my first time looking at these real Street Dancing freaks in my eyes. Without a doubt, the guys were at the top class level and knew how to dress with right kicks. Street Elements were right there!!

Seoul N Tower

Couple of days ago, I had a chance to visit Seoul Tower (Koreans call it "NAM SAM TOWER") with Ki-Seung(Dough Company) and Duk-Hyun(Bonnafide Symphony). Well, we picked the wrong day sine it was all flurry and foggy, so we weren't able to see the clear night view of Seoul. Nonetheless, we shared some good thoughts in the middle of Seoul Sky in that night. Got some nice inspiration at a right moment.

Korea Movie Awards

Couple of days ago, I was invited to Korea Movie Awards which was held at Sejong Art Center. Went there with DongWook from No Joke and had a dinner after.

Kasina 10th Anniversary

Kasina is a name of the company and the shop which has been in the street wear industry for 10 years. They started out from the rusty corner in the university area in Pusan (2nd largest city in Korea). Since then, they have expanded their business and became the one who has the most influence and the shops in street market in Korea. Last Saturday was their 10th anniversary and the party was held at the place called Daily Project. This party was "DOPE" I should say, all the people in this industry came out and shared a lot of fun all night long as I did. On my perspective in that night, I felt Korea is building up the gold mountain for Street scene and this will shine in the world soon. People from Stussy, Creative Recreation, and Hundred witnessed this in the same night.
